Terms of use

Last updated: October 2026

By using trustytable.com (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

What the Site is

TrustyTable helps you compare restaurants by compiling and analyzing publicly available information — public reviews, press coverage and public social-media activity. The Site is operated by JCL Products LLC (see the Legal notice).

Information, not advice

Scores, analysis and other content on the Site are our interpretation of public sources at the time we processed them. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Restaurants change: menus, prices, opening hours, chefs and quality all move. Check with the restaurant before relying on anything here. We give no warranty that any information is accurate or current.

Third-party links

The Site links to restaurants' websites and to booking and delivery platforms. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them, for any booking or order you place through them, or for what happens at the restaurant. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we may receive a commission if you book or order through them; this does not affect how restaurants are scored or shown.

Restaurants

If you represent a restaurant and want to correct or query something shown about it, write to hello@trustytable.com. We don't accept payment for placement, scores or reviews.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, copy or republish the Site's content, scores or data in bulk, or use automated tools to access the Site, without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The Site, its design, scores and written analysis belong to JCL Products LLC. Third-party content and trademarks belong to their owners.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version.
